    Friendly and helpful staff.

    Its rather large with time wasted going from room to facilities etc. The hotel guide describes restaurants but does not indicate where they are located

    New-fashioned and compact rooms, the views of the garden and pool were pleasant. I enjoyed the hospitality of the personnel. The location was marvellous and stunning for walking around a small upscale mall. The good area was good for a wedding celebration.

    Delicious Seafood Buffet Experience

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Blue Lagoon restaurant. The freshly cooked seafood was a highlight, complemented by the attentive service from Thakshila and Mr Lolitha. Their recommendations enhanced our meal. Don't miss trying the very nice seafood dishes!

    itys very good hotel, but its not understanding why we have tp pay 5600 ropies for each way to the hotel and in the way back, by using hotel car ???? it the first time i see such thing?? why??

    Overall the stay was satisfactory. The food was good

    The last day of the stay, at breakfast had to request coffee 3 times before being served. Others who came after me requested coffee and were served immediately. At check out the staff member was not courteous. No thank you etc

    view looking over the city was the reason we booked premium queen room. the location was comfortable and strategic, adjacent to local cafes with very affordable meals and the corporate nature.

    We had a lovely stay with tasty breakfast and interesting dinner buffets that kept us satisfied. The outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge offered nice spots to unwind after a busy day. The rooms had some dampness, but that didn’t overshadow our enjoyable experience. I highly recommend trying the Italian restaurant here! 😊

    The staff were very good, especially in the lounge where. The outdoor pool was a blissful retreat, and I loved unwinding at the spa, talk about relaxation!

    The location of the hotel was superb. Our driver could easily get to all shopping and restaurants easily. The cleaning staff was efficient and prompt. Overall the hotel had lots of anemities and things ran smoothly.

    The only thing that would have made the stay better was the food selection at the breakfast buffet. As a family travelling with young children, over half of the food on the buffet was far too spicy for our children to eat.
